Fancy being a destination bride? Saying goodbye to this quite frankly cold and miserable weather (we are feeling it too). Many brides opt for warmer climates for their big day, and whilst we love a good wedding on home soil, the thought is also very appealing.

We caught up with talented Destination photographers Le Vélo fotografia to find out what’s important to them when shooting a Destination Wedding.

Que also a gorgeous couple, named Antonio and Marcella who rocked out in Charlie Brear (who else!).

Words from Le Vélo fotografia

‘The location for this wedding was “Tenuta Montevitolo” a very typical Masseria in South of Italy in Apulia. The sets of rural buildings and open space lends itself to a magical backdrop for a wedding. It’s characterised with many olive trees, amazing garden and swimming pool, a panoramic terrace and a sought after winery.’

‘The Brides Charlie Brear dress was perfect for a destination bride. Think country chic. It also worked in complete harmony with the location. From the moment we met this coulee there was a mutual feeling of understanding. Our attention for details and our reportage style captures them immediately. We love presenting couples with images that portray spontaneous gesture and those little moments. All without creating any pressure. Details, gesture, glances, and capturing authentic emotions.’
